Pictures are needed to help you.
Where are you living ? North America or Europe ? Different country = different market

$600 may be fair price

I've owned my '84 Concert since new and these are great amps. Very reliable, mine has seen hundreds of gigs over the years. The price seems pretty good.

The speaker codes EIA code of 67 would make the speakers Eminence and original most likely. These came with Eminence 8 ohm speakers wired parallel for 4 ohms. Yes you can add a cab but would need a 4 ohm cab.

If you have any other questions please feel free.

Noisy pot;

Most of the time you need to spray contact cleaner from inside the amp . There are hole in pot body. Turn pot at least 10 times to clean them.

Sometimes from outside the amp ( amp at OFF ) , just turn at least 10 time noisy pot. Chance it clean the pot with no contact cleaner. You may need to turn them more.

Rarely; noisy pot are from a leaky capacitor

Fabrizio58, you can share pictures directly from Google Drive, but it's a ridiculous complicated process. Instead, try uploading the pictures to https://imgbb.com/ or a similar site.
