F&T, Sprague, and Nichicon make excellent electrolytics.

IC (Illinois Capacitor) has a poor reputation.

There may be other good brands more commonly available in Europe. I'd expect that if Siemens, Phillips, Bosch makes caps they'd probably be good.

A pro should know what's best that's available in France.

Like doctors, some techs are glad to give you explanations and offer choices, while other techs don't like to be questioned and expect you to let them do whatever they think best.

Ideally you should research techs and shop around. Find out who has a reputation of doing good work on vintage Fenders, then talk to them and see who gives you the best feeling.

TAD, of Worm, Germany offers mail-order F&T made caps (German made). These are superior filter caps.

Best is to hear the amp alone with no guitar plug.

What I see;

I'll test and clean all input jacks's normaly close contact to ground. Often they are bad
12XX7 noisy tubes
Unbalanced 6L6 tubes
Bad wiring dress acting like antenna

Good afternoon....finally :) :) :) :)

You were right...the tubes were unbalanced, one guy came to take it to his amp lab to repair but he understood that it was the issue, quickly he took a screwdriver and change the blance and now....not only 0 fuc... hummm but a more nice sound...

So very happy and many thanks to all for the help :) :) :)

Awesome, glad it's fixed.

Thank you for letting us know what the problem turned out to be.

And kudos to Stratele52 for diagnosing it on the first page.
