It's my understanding that Leo Fender never put any logos or model names on the Victoria amplifier covers, and so any with logos are CBS-era (FEIC). Is that accurate?

That is correct, but with Fender you can never truly say never. I've never seen one with a name on it in 40+ years of playing.

Here's a 1960s Victoria cover with the Fender logo and model name on it.

None of my pre-CBS era Fender BF, brownface, or blonde amps came with the original Victoria covers. Only the silverface ones I own have the black cover with amp's name and logo.

None of the tweed amps I've seen, has their name of Fender logo on the original covers.

Arjay prolly knows the answer to this. :)

I took the "Leo Fender" to mean Pre-CBS, and my '65 Super Reverb's Original cover does not have a name on it. I believe sometime in fall of '65, early '66 is when the name first appeared on the blackface amps covers.
