Is there a definite way to tell if the tubes in my amp are original equipment?

Many US made tubes, of that time, had date on manufacturer codes on them. Here's a list of some of RCA codes.

Many original tubes from that era have a Fender logo on them. But it was fairly unusual to retube with Fender brand. Most just went to the grocery store for tubes back then.
So if it says Fender, it's probably original.
There were also some original red label RCAs that have a date code on them. It's 2 digits with a dash and another digit. It is orphaned from the main label in small type and gives only the year in 2 numbers.

Ok, thanks. They're GE, so they've been replaced.

Fender paid ATT & Western Electric for use of patented circuitry. RCA was somewhat related to this conglomerate. So, Fender was kinda obliged to use RCA tubes, as OEM stock. Not a bad choice, really.

So, nearly all FENDER labeled tubes of the 1940-70s are RCA made.
