When I was 14, I played in a band with my friends. I had a 68 sunburst hardtail Strat and a silverface Bandmaster. I loved that amp!
With that being said, I'm gonna let that 68 Pro Reverb scratch my silverface itch. The last three amps on my list will be blackface.
BTW... beautiful DR!

I'd love to have a blackface DR and VV. Boy, that VV will be hard to find --- in the same condition as that silverface Pro Reverb.

BTW... I'd suggest one more "toy." A blackface --- or even better, brownface --- Reverb Unit. These thing are killer on just about ANY amp. Level of reverb adjustment is much, much greater than onboard reverb units. A touch is nice, just to add depth to a tone.

Great point, and suggestion.
The small grouping of amps I'm putting together reflects what I had (or wanted) when I was a kid. A black tolex reverb unit would go nicely...with a blackface Tremolux.
I once owned a really nice Tremolux and loved the sound it produced. Never did have a reverb unit to go with it but often thought abought adding one.

There was also a silverface version of the 6G15......

(if you're so inclined)
