I would stick with the original value. If it was originally 40-20-20, then replace with 40-20-20. From the pictures, this one was 40-20-20.

Yes, its a lot of capacitance. I didn't say it was done properly.
The Champion 600 mod kits include a series resistor between the additional cap and the first stock one.
It makes a big difference in residual hum.
