I recently changed the vibrato channel volume pot. The original pot stated 999k on it(i assume it stands for 1 mega ohm) and the new one is 2.2 mega ohms. I thought that by putting this bigger ohm value pot the realtive volume result would be achieved in a greater value than the original. Instead, i get a significant volume result just by turning it on 1,5 or near 2(the master volume is always on 10). With the original pot, i used to turn it into 3 or near 4 in order to get the same sound result as with the new one. How is this possible?
Moreover, the treble pot does not seem to work properly. I think that i might have made a wrong wirring connection. Can anyone send me an image of the proper wirring of the vibrato channel volume pot inside the circuit?

I'll bought a 1 meg Audio pot ( logarithmic ) not 2.2 meg.
You probably bought a B ( linear ) pot not Audio and with wrong value . With linear pot you get more volume at the beginning of the pot.

To me there is not problem with wiring.

Agree with above. Get a 1-meg ohm AUDIO (or logarithmic) pot.
