My tech installed a bias adjustment pot in my PR and changed the bias cap to a 100uf/100V. The original was a 25uf cap. Will that cause any change in tone? Thanks, Chris

No problems. Prolly better filtering. The bias supply uses half-wave rectification. So more filtering (to a point) is better. But, don't go hog wild. Too much filtering will slow down the time the bias supply gets up to voltage. You do not want the bias supply ramp-up to be slower than B+ onto the plates.

100mfd/100VDC is fine. :)

That is the best values for bias caps.
