I would say its a tossup between an all original 75 super reverb and a 90s reissue 59 bassman retubed with JAN Phillips wgb power tubes .Tough to beat either one .

I don't know if my amp falls in the vintage catagory, but this is my favorite amp I ever owned. My current rig is pieced together with stuff that I kept fiddeling with until it was perfect to me.

The pre-amp is a 1993 ADA mp-2 with a Telefunken ribbed plate tube in V1 and a 90's GT 12ax7 in V2. While this piece gets mixed reviews, if you learn to set the tone, it will compare to any about any preamp. I still find great new tones all the time, and I have had it since 1996. The power amp is a 1995 mesa 50/50, which delivers a loud clean pure tube signal path, is stereo, and has a low power switch so I can use it as a 15 watt 2x12 if needed. The speaker cab is a Marshall 1960 AV. This is the most versatile tone machine I have come across.

While this may seem like a 80's-90's shred rig, and it is, it gets great tones across the whole spectrum, just takes some time tweaking.

Ouch; i hate to say its not a fender but its one i am still using .Its an old 300 watt peavey musician lll with a acoustic bottom that has 2 6 inch horns over 4-12 inchers. is missing the tube amp warmth and a little shrill on the highs like lynyrd skynyrd stuff but boy i can blast the paint off a billboard a hundred feet away! obviously not what i use while i sit on the sofa.

Original 1960 5F6-A 4x10 tweed Bassman. Bought it for $900 back in the mid 90s and like a knucklehead I sold it.......... It was all original including the ac power cord, handle, speakers and everything. Very good condish but was a very dark color from age.

I had on older Univox tube head model U15...something with a Univox 4x12 cab. Sold it in the early 90s. Hauled that heavy thing to every gig I had. My parent's Pontiac I had to borrow becase my Camaro's trunk was way too small to put the cab in. Boy do I miss that rig.

But now I have an all original May 1968 tube Silverface Pro Reverb.

My 1971 Ampeg VT-40 combo: 4 x 10s, 60W RMS. I loved that amp but it couldn't take the constant heavy gigging at high volumes and it it kept frying on me. As it had a lifetime warranty, the dealer where I bought it and had it replaced twice by Ampeg told me when I came in with the third fried one, "Let's face the facts, you need a Marshall 100W Super Lead." So, I traded the amp in, even-up for the new Marshall head and paid, I think, $150 extra for the mating 4 x 12s Marshall slant bottom. (Remember, this was back in 1971.) The Marshall served me perfectly but I really loved that VT-40!

It would be between my '66 Deluxe Reverb and same era Twin Reverb.

edited to add that My old Ampeg Jet was pretty cool too. 8)

I actually had a '65 blackface Fender Bassman with the classic 2-12 cabinet.....played a '63 Strat plugged straight into the bass channel, no stomp box, and it sounded WONDERFUL....sold the amp to a buddy and bought a Fender Super Six.....sold the axe to a specialty shop to buy a diamond ring for the wife.....selling the ax made sense....but losing that amp....well....then
