I've ordered a set of Ruby 6l6GCMSTR tubes for my 79SFTR. This is the first time I changed the tubes and I called an amp expert in my area (David Allen) to set the bias. He told me that my amp didn't have a bias pot and he only works on Blackfaces, so I'm wondering if this amp is non adjustable for biasing. I saw a plug in the back that looks like a guitar plug would fit into it labled Output Tube Matching. The amp currently has RCA5881's for power tubes. Anyone familier with amps in this range your help would be appreciated. I know these aren't the most desirable, but this one is mint and sounds really good for a late seventies Fender.

Nope, Twins need to be biased. I would take it to a good tech.
