Arjay,

How is OPGI? Have a friend that used them, for some his GTO parts.

I get some of my parts from OPGI. But I've heard, anecdotally, that their headliner kits could suck the chrome right off of a trailer-hitch ball. So I'm still searching for a correct kit.

Guess there should be a topic category on fixing and owning cars. A LOT of guitarists are into restoring cars.

Good luck on your search. The Chevelle is prolly one of more popular cars to restore. Hopefully, you will find the correct material.

Some forum members find the lounge area useful for that purpose.

Have you tried calling/contacting Al Knock? They are primarily Corvette specialists but they do custom work and might be able to steer you to a good contact.

The PT is in Cali, now the wait begins. Not really enjoying the c12k back in the DRRI again, but it'll do for now.

There are plenty of reasonably-priced alternatives......WGS, Kendrick, Weber, etc.

Thanks mud, I'm pretty determined at this point.
A couple more resistor tweaks in the power stage and the re-built PT and I should be in business.
