Congrats! I think you will love this amp. The soldering and layout work of brown era amps is exceptional.

P15N? Mine came with an OEM square magnet CTS 15-inch (with hole in cone). :)

The P15N is a good speaker. The JBL D130F is an amazing speaker. I had it reconed at Orange County Speakers, in CA. Very warm, smooth sounding. Not as in-your-face as some amps I heard which had D120F in them. Could be the amps, themselves. Recent amps that I've heard with the JBL 12-inch were Twin Reverb and a Deluxe Reverb. Both, seemed voiced on the bright side.

:)

Not really sure what model speaker is in it. Will actually test and see how it performs, but I'm not a great fan of old speakers. Leo's inventions were 3 steps ahead of the speakers available at the time, imo.

I had a pair of JBL D120F (orange) and didn't like them much, let alone the abnormal weight.

Is this the PT that I need for 230V?

Yeah, the D120F is quite a different beast from the D130F. In my brief experience with the D130F. I have quite a bit of experience with JBL 15-inch studio and hi-fi speakers. Most have a richer tone than their 12-inch home and studio models, for some reason.

I have never tried the Weber 15-inch alnico. But, I bet it is very good.

As for the tranny, yes the PDF file shows the wiring for 240VAC 50/60Hz.

Here's the Hammond 240/50Hz replacement for the Pro:

"67233" could be the Fender Part number.

Interestingly, the schematic for the Blonde Showman lists that PT. So, the PT should have plenty of headroom for the dual 6L6GC Pro.

If you decide to change the PT to 240VAC/50Hz, go with PT based on OEM this PT (67233). The 6L6GC 6G5 circuit runs higher plate voltages on the anode, than the 5881 6G5-A circuit (125P7A).

Indeed, this PT seems to be original to the amp.

Steve, this is an upright model

The original is positioned differently.
Which model should I look for, for a drop-in replacement?

Maybe this one

Drop down into hole punched in chassis. Lammies sit horizontal, parallel to the chassis.

That PT looks correct. Layout-wise.
