At the moment, yeah.

But that won't deter me from the precious-metals market -- savvy investors always buy when market prices are depressed.

That's the way to do it. My strategy of buying high and selling low has been a dismal failure.

If you anticipate getting into silver and/or gold bullion I'd recommend you do it soon. Both are now beginning a seasonal upswing in buy prices.
