I see you have the black pearloid PG on. I really like it. I want it on my Natural Tele.

I see you went turtle again. Should have finished reading all the posts first. :P

Don't fight it, surrender to your need! Remember, it's bad luck to have an even number of basses.

If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all.

The rehab level comes when you start making your own basses. The highs and lows become more drastic. The need for another bridge or pickup becomes a thing that is a constant thought. Instead of wanting and needing a whole bass we want and need parts of the bass. This adds to the problem by thinking in multiples instead of just the one. Stress levels are much higher. There is no one to talk to when you build. They don't build. You are all alone and on your own. Seek counsiling now before you start building. Please.

I had the urge to build a bass a few years after I started playing. I found a nice piece of solid oak. I went as far as to cut the body out. If I had finished it, it would have been a very heavy guitar. I end up abandoning that project and traded the bass in on the Precision that I have now.

Oak? You should have used "case hardened steel" if your going to use oak. :D
I just finished my 10th homebuilt guitar. A P bass. After 10 I'm starting to get the hang of it. It's like anything else. You have to do it a bunch to get better at it.

One truly is the loneliest number. Three is a nuclear family. Mom just got here, and she's a beauty. Starcaster in black.

Two's a good number for me, a long, and a short scale.
