Have any of you tried Fender Nylon Tape Wound Bass strings?

I have a set on my A/E bass and they give a little Stand Up Bass tone to my bass.
Anyone tried them on an electric bass?

Have not tried them Chet, 7250's and 9050's are the only Fender stings I have played. Here's a couple links for some more info, hopefully you can get something useful from them:

I've used them a while back. I didn't mind it. I'd rather have regular strings. To me it sounded the same as rounds. One reason I used them, I was having issues with the previous strings that I had, my guitar player recomended them.

Yes, I have nylon tapewound strings on my 67 Hollowbody Gibson EB2. They totally give it big warm sound. It's great for Blues/Rockabilly. I've not tried them on a solid body bass though. I've got Nickel Flatwounds on my 72 P Bass & it's the best for recording.

Yeah dude! A little bit of the doghouse bass sound! 8)
I got them 9120's black nylon tapewound strings on my Fender Kingman SCE acoustic/electric bass, as well as on my solid body electric bass and they make a lot of difference to me.
They don't kill the frets that much, don't kill the fingers that much, don't oxidize, less string tension required, they don't pick up dirt. Overall they last longer, plus being all black they look way cooler than the nickel or copper coloured ones.
On a black bass you won't even notice the guy has strings at all. :D
I got a bass (Ibanez JetKing B300) with white body, pickguards, pickups, knobs so the strings stand out and I get the fancy factor as well.
