Thanks. It's not my actual bass , just one I found at a website that someone at Talkbass was kind enough to provide me a link to. And yes , it was a really nice bass. Played well. You can't tell from the pic, but it had a really nice Foto-Flame top and back. I wish I had it again. I would really like to hear it thru my Ampeg. I never got to play it thru a decent amp.

Grand Prix short scale P-bass style instrument. I got it for $150 at a pawn shop. It was made out of Particle board like underlayment. Just before I traded up to my second bass the knobs fell off.

Peace Out,
Rev j

My first bass was a Hagstrom F-400. It was red with a black pick guard and white switches.

My first Fender was a 1971 Sunburst Jazz bass with a maple neck w/ black block inlays. Its way cool.

That's awesome that you're only 12. You have your whole bass-playing life in front of you.
And you live in Italy, a place that I would love to visit but probably never will.

My first bass guitar was a Squier P-Bass, but a couple months later I bought a MIM Fender Precision which has been my main guitar for the last 12 years. I still have and play the Squier though on occasion.

My first was a new 1980 Rickenbacker 4001. I played the hell out of that one and sold it in 1997 (stupidly). Oddly, I didn't own a Fender bass until I was 35. I've owned two Fender Mustang guitars over the years (I took up guitar in 1977 and bass in 1980). Still have the '73 competition Mustang, although it is heavily modded because previous owners did unspeakable things to it.

Mine was a Ibanez SoundGear, bottom of the line. White with black binding/electronics/hardware... it was good looking. unfortunately, it was stolen out of my mom's SUV one day. we had insurance, but they said they'd cover after $1k, and it was nowhere near that value, so i got screwed :/

Mine was a Kramer Aerostar. It was light as a feather, had horrible tone, and played like $@!&.
