Guitar Info
This guitar is from the Mexican Signature Series
made at the Ensenada Plant (Fender), Mexico
in the Year(s): 1996 - Present, While this line of guitars was created in 1996,
the serial numbers do not correlate with the subsequent years
hence an exact date cannot be determined from the serial number

Fender: Mexico
Fender Mexico was established in on May 5th 1987, Ensenada, Mexico with electric guitar production beginning in 1989. Ensenada facility includes eight buildings, covering more than 200,000 square feet. This includes Electronics, Electric Guitar, Amplifier Cabinet, and String manufacturing. More than 1000 employees are on staff and are supported by the Fender Quality Control team which travels from Corona to Ensenada once a week to help maintain quality. Fender Mexico guitars and amplifiers are made using many U.S. components, again maintaining the highest standards.

I have been trying to find out about my Urge I. MSN44114. I was trying to find a date and value. It is practically new in pefect condition. No hard case. Killer axe.

If anyone knows more about these models (like where to get a manual so I would know what all the knobs do) I would appreciate any information. I just haven't found anything on this model.

Thanks for any help,
Captain

They don't have a PDF posted for download on this model. For help obtaining a PDF copy of a manual or diagram for the controls, you can contact Fender Customer Relations:
Telephone: (480) 596-7195
Fax: (480) 367-5262
E-mail: consumerrelations@fender.com

I'd email first and wait for a PDF rely.
Include your serial number in your inquiry.

So far as dating your serial goes, the Guitar Dater Project says:

This guitar is from the Mexican Signature Series made at the Ensenada Plant (Fender), Mexico in the Year(s): 1996 - Present, While this line of guitars was created in 1996, the serial numbers do not correlate with the subsequent years hence an exact date cannot be determined from the serial number. (Bummer)

If it has a Stu Hamm Signature in the USA they are sold used with an asking price of around 500 to around 1500 USD in excellent condition based on a quick eBay and Guitar Center used gear search.

I know that might all sound vague, but it is the best I could do. I would resort to pot and neck codes to narrow down the possible manufacture date further. The earlier Stu basses are a bit more valuable. They are all pretty nice.

Where value is concerned the answer is always that the true value is the most someone else is willing to pay and the least you are willing to accept. So only when it is sold will the actual value be determined. This can vary based on your location and current market conditions. It can also vary upon how desperate you are for cash.

Capn, I wish I could've helped. I had one, it was a '95. Great bass! My case was '70s looking case that came with it. I don't remember what the knobs do on that anymore. I've not owned it since '05. Good luck getting the response from Fender. Post pix!!
Here's mine:
