Post subject: Can anyone identify this Bass for me?

Hi. Recently, i've talked to a friend who's willing to sell me one of her electric Bass's, but she has no idea what kind it is. It has no identifiable markings (according to her, I haven't seen it in person yet) and I've asked around online; the most specific thing that anyone can tell me is that it could POSSIBLY be an older Ibanez model, or an older Fender model

It obviously needs repairs though, so i'd appreciate not commenting on that unless you can quote me the price of a new headstock ;]

This appears to be an Ibanez. Gio series and maybe a GIO 100. Anyway the headstock split for whatever reason. I wouldn't mess with fixing it. It is NOT a Fender. It would cost more to fix than it is worth. I'd part it out. Someone changed the pickups on this one. I'm not sure what pickups those are but they are not original to a GIO 100.
