Hi there. Could you help me identifiying model of my Fender bass? It's serial numbers are: E105032. It appears to be crafted in Japan between 1984-1987, at Fuji-gen Plant. I put a picture of it below:

It seems to be similiar to Bullet basses, but it has other pickup configuration.

edit:
It could be also crafted in:
Fullerton Plant (Fender - CBS Era), USA
in the Year(s): 1980 - 1982

as the numbers say, but i still can't find the model.

I have no idea. The neck appears to only have 19 frets. The headstock shape is not familiar to me, like it's trying to be an early P or Tele. Pbass style body w/Jbass pup config. Not to be negative, but I am not confident I am seeing a Fender here. Perhaps additional pics will solve the identification question.

Looks like a very bad counterfeit to me. I hope you didn't actually buy this thing. :(

I didn't. I found it at my house. It's been there for quite a long time. I don't think it's a fake, because of the sound it produces. I mean - it just sounds like a Fender bass. The look tho... Well...

You do A/ B test with Fender Bass ?

I'm not a bass expert but to me the neck don't fit with the body .
"Crafted in Japan " should appear on the neck close to the body.
Fender letters and serial number are not the size we see on bass , look a guitar decal.

It's a fake. A real Fender would never have been left behind.

I will not forget to bring any guitar with me, expensive or not.
