I have a Fender Bullet 1 Bass purchased in 1981. The serial number is E109236. It is in it's original Fender hardcase. I was wondering what it might be worth? I have not used it for some time and needs a little care.

$100 tops in good condition with new strings. $50 if filthy needing work.

If I understand correctly, that's a US/Fullerton made bass, so I'd take the estimate somewhat higher. Very vaguely, starting from 600$€£, maybe. Referencing to reverb, asking prices of above 1000 seem to be too high.

On that "needs a little care", it's wise to keep the instrument as original as posssible.

Thank you for your reply. A little care just meant cleaning it up. Only the vol/tone knobs may need replacing as they have faded?

+1

The case alone is probably worth a C-note.
