This model is finally offered with a crimson transparent finish over a flame maple top and a black shell pearloid pickguard. Limited run of 100 pieces coming off with a hand-signed photo from the man himself.

For those who know the story behind the flametop Jazz this CS one-off creation started life without a pickguard and a BadAss bridge. Tuned in Eb-Ab-Db-Gb of course. :D

That was a great video, thanks for posting!

The USA Geddy Lee Jazz might be the one I have been looking for. I like that it has an oiled back of neck a lot. I'm not sure about the truss rod adjustment, though. In the video, I saw the Philips head at the the body end of the neck, and he mentioned that it is there at the neck heel that you do a truss rod adjustment. But it also looks like there is an opening for a wrench up on the headstock, too. Can it be adjusted at the headstock? Or is that a cosmetic thing to match the look of a vintage bass?

That bass looks and sounds awesome in the video.

I thought it was tuned to D-G-C-F for 2112 and other drop D songs?
