I knew her name was Abbey before you did so that shows she needs to come here for a while.

Oh Sure. Use James as your pawn, in this Grinch That Stole Abbey scenario. And on Christmas too. I'm not locked in on Abbey, but it's the front runner for now. "Windy" is running a close second.

It's Abbey, A-B-B-E-Y, and James is not a pawn, and I am not a Grinch! I am a genuine, caring person who understands the trauma that new basses go through. I'm only doing this, unselfishly I might add, for YOUR benefit.

See how you are? See what you do? I hope you're happy! On Christmas Day yet!

Merry Christmas Glenn! Have a great day.

Hilarious !!!!!! hey remember if you decide not to go with Abbey there's always Michelle, Elinor Rigby & Polythene Pam .....(all still in keeping with The Beatles Theme) :)
Abbey is a good one though ......Merry Christmas guys & Oxfan I hope you have a couple of Canadian beers on hand to enjoy the day. :)

Yes, and a very Merry Christmas to you all. "Windy", may be the clincher. "Janis", may do too. I met her at a party before she parted. She was great to talk with, and drink Wild Turkey with too. Or maybe, "JJ", or "Janis J". "Pearl"? Maybe Pearl.

No, you can't go with JJ, J.J. is my Strat's name. Windy? Are you serious? is that in response to eating one too many Cuban sandwiches? Pearl/ Maybe if you had put a pearl pickguard on your Precision.

Now it's definitely settled. Abbey should come and stay with me, indefinitely. poor baby will traumatized with you. Don't make me start a poll here on the Forums, I don't want to expose you for the abuser you are.

No Canadian's James, just some homemade wine from my Daughter's Father-in-law. It is incredible!

"Windy", is from The Association's song. I always like the sounds of "Windy" when I play that old song, and some old memories that go with it.

OKAY!!!!!! Just go and play a fret-less bass. BTW I need to twizeek the fretless neck I lined with maple strips. It's a bit to flat but it has the buzz sound people like. It's that wood buzz not metal fret buzz. Playing a fretless- you can have good days or bad days. I have named my fretless : Thebassiboughtatthemusicstorewithnofretsjack. Geez.... :D

My fretboard is flat too. Do you use any Tech 21 Bassdriver's or comparable? Takes the mwah right out.

Poor little Abbey NEEDS to come and live with me!

I'm gonna play her when she gets her Nylons, and BP PG, then see if "Windy", or Janis is her name.
