Hi folks, so I'm new here but have been reading for a while. Just purchased a new Jazz and thought this would be the place that folks would love to see her. I wasn't really sure how many pics to take or what folks would be interested in, so I took several. Also, this thing plays better than any bass I've ever touched. the pickups are UNREAL.

Congratulations! Yes, those Custom Shop pickups are the best sounding jazzbass p'ups I've ever heard.

One thing you absolutely need to modify is that amp! Get A Fender Rumble so you will sound even better! 8)

Always like the white with a tort pick-guard. It looks great, now play it like you stole it

Nice AMPEG but the real hamster is a 4-10 HLF with a big amp.

Thanks guys, been wanting one for years and years and finally pulled the trigger. This is replacing my old MIM 5 stringer, which was a workhorse for years.

So the Rumble amps are good eh? I've always went with Ampeg for bass amps, Fender for everything else though (instruments and guitar amps).

If I'm not mistaken in the early 2000's I played thru an 800 watt Fender Rumble with a Fender 8 - 10 cab. It was massive loud and sounded good. Anyone remember an amp like that from Fender?

Maybe a Bassman, or a Pro. I don't believe it was a Rumble, SV.
