Thanks. Found it on eBay. It was advertised as a six string but he was nice enough to make a bass for me. He got the pup a bit high, probably put half on first and said "oops, I have another piece to add", but I still like it.

If anyone is interested, pmail me and I will give you the cat's name. I should be able to find it.

Ayup.

I "arranged" for Brad Traweek to get one -- not sure where he decided to hang it though (his is like mine, with the customary Strat on it).

It's about 15" or so. Looks nice on the wall. I think I paid just over a hundred for it.

I have it hanging over the big amp, which I pull away from the wall to play, but still have to take the sign down each time as it vibrates against the wall. But it looks really nice above the old amp, hate to move it.

Nice, and nice thing to do, too. I don't play a guitar so asking for the change was a no brainer. The guy's got some talent. I asked about neon, no go, but he said he has some stuff in LEDs

I saw a neon Fender sign about a zillion years ago...sure would like to find one of those someday. I have never stopped looking or asking.

I wish I could post the pics of my Fender Roadworn Players Union 1946 sign. If you like the Lounge sign you'd prob like the RW one. It's cool it's about 24 x 15 approx.

Indeed, he did a swell job tailoring your sign for the P-Bass image!

He had some other nice Fender accouterments but I'm not sure if they're still available. I bought one of each type for my studio, then had the brainstorm to have him create the familiar "Lounge" image. The gentleman is very talented and a pleasure to work with.

Brad,

Always appreciate you presence and glad that Arjay put you on to one....even if it has six stings. Keep the faith, maybe a bass is in your future. It is a tall mountain to scale.
