Yes ..... what a life,...from influencing millions of bass players & musicians since 1964, to changing the face of music, to being knighted & writing a classical Opera & being honored at the Kennedy Center...& still recording & touring at 70 yrs of age,....Paul will be 71 yrs old 0n June 18th ......( & will be touring this summer,.....he played a sold out show here in Vancouver to 60,000 people this past November)

Sir Paul was actually using a Jazz bass on at least some of the Wings albums.
I don't know if it was Band On the Run or not but I think it was the album they recorded in Africa where he at least used a Lefty Jazz on the recordings.
I don't think he ever toured with a Fender Jazz bass, though.
He was using hes Rick in 1976 with Wings and I saw him in 1990 and he was using a Wal bass along with the Rick, I believe.

I saw him in 2009 and he was using a Hofner. I think he has more than one Hofner, BTW.

It must be great to make a great living playing bass and of course being one of the most successful songwriters in history! LOL

Yeah .....Band on the Run was recorded in Nigeria,........a true Rock Classic!! :)
