Hey all:
I just got a used Jazz bass 24 made in Korea. It has 4 controls and 1 switch showing. One of the controls is a double control with a switch. This is an active bass guitar. Was wondering if anyone had a copy of manual for it they can email or send me to a site that has one. I do not know exactly what the controls do for the most part. Remember I am a beginner and am old so I need the info so I can learn a bit more. Thanks all:)
PS: here is a short cut to what it looks like.

This is a copy of the manual that has been included with my two P-basses, I believe that the manuals are of the "universal" type.

And this is the switch/control function diagram.

Hope this is what you are needing.

The controls on that bass are simple.

The top two control knobs are your volume and pickup pan (should be a no brainer to figure out which is which)

The bottom two control knobs are your 3-band eq.

The stacked knob is bass boost/cut (the bottom knob) and Treble boost/cut (the top knob). The other bottom knob (the one that is not stacked) is your mid boost/cut.

The switch is the mid scoop which effects the mid tones.

If you just play with the controls, you will hear what knob does what....

Thank You so much for your help. The page that shows the controls for the bass is awsome. Thanks

I've seen the Aggie OBP-3 recommended as a replacement for the Jazz 24. Anyone else have luck with the Aggie or another brand like Duncan or John East? Thanks
