Hi there,
I have a 60th anniv.jazz bass wich has a volume pot with a switch on the center of the knob that has been giving me some trouble.
does anyone knows where i can get the wiring diagram of this model?
Im trying to put a normal volume pot and drill a hole to connect a switch whiteout being that pot with a switch on it.

Sounds like an S-1 switch issue. Here is a link to the S-1 passive Jazz Diagram which Fender went to for 2004/2005 models. http://support.fender.com/service_diagrams/bass_guitars/019-3460_62A_SISD.pdf

Some people ditch the S-1 completely and just wire them to the original vintage setup, but if you find the S-1 function of value, then by all means you should be able to figure something out, or it might be better to replace the S-1 switch/pot combo with the proper part. Order 2 or 3 so you'll have spares for the future.
