Just built this one from parts I purchased separately. 2012 American Std neck, 2011 American Std blizzard pearl body, Nordstrand NJ4 pickups, pearl pick guard. Love it!

That white pearl guard does look way better with that color than I would have pictured in my mind. That is one of my favorite guard materials but it goes better on some colors than others.

Thanks Dave- I had a parchment guard that I tried, but it made the bass look so dull. The pearl really helps the appearance. In my opinion, blizzard pearl is a much nocer color option than the jade or sage green they came out with this year.
