Anyone hear of Fender updating the color choices on their basses?

I was really dissapointed that Fender discountinued Aged Cherry Burst on the American Jazz Delue V (Ash) I was was recently told that it would be comming back but that was discontinued with many other colors while the line is being revamped.

Any truth to this?

Seems no one on the forum knows the answer to this question. Try emailing Fender at:

Actially here in Norway where I live, I can just give the bass to the local music store and they will send it further so they can fix it ;)

I haven't heard of any color updates. I have the butterscotch blonde American Deluxe - Ash.
This thing is awesome. I'm just a beginner/amatuer, and this bass has great tone, a nice range, and feels great

Usually Fender will introduce a new colour after a Namm Show.
The latest new colour I believe is Candy Cola.
