Greetings, wondering if one of you fender authorities could help me indentify a bass I just purchased serial # is N7269176 headstock is smallish compared to my 75 jazz . The body is smaller than a typical precision but is shaped like a precision the headstock says fender jazz made in usa it has a p pup at the neck and j pup at the bridge active electrnics and two stacked knobs the front lower I'm sure is a pup blend the top front a volume then the rear knobs are lower one bass top one treble? very thin neck narrow at the nut like a jazz the pickguard is like an old p-bass one doesn't cover the pups at all just the upper and lower horns it is a very nice vintage type sunburst finsih

If I remember N=Ninety 7=Ninety Seven, so the bass was made in 1997.
