I would just search on the net. There are companies out there-- I bet Brother Dave can hook you up on it. That's who I'd send you to at this point. He at least maybe knows someone who does the aging. Or there is a company/guitar shop here in my town who build relic guitars from scratch. Search "Fifth Avenue Fret Shop" Ohio. They are good guys and they could do it and you could trust them with the shipping etc. Thier relic guitars are not cheap. They do a great job. Kind of like Fender custom shop relics. You could send them the one you have and maybe they could fix it.

I'm thinking of getting a set as a back up just in case the tuner gets beyond repair. Though the glue should hold the tuner in place. Ideally I would love to track down another original tuner, but that may be a long shot.

I had a simular thing happen,but my tuner ratled.so I tighened it and poped some super glue in.rattle all gone :lol:
