Near as I can determine, this is a Limited Edition, one of 215 made - and came with a brown tolex "Fender" hardshell case by G&G... It has SCN pups, an S1 switch, and the BAII bridge is original...

Cool :D these little limited run models are nice to find,(i hate being on tour and the bass players all have the same model jazzbasses as i have)really, its a nice piece.
May I be so bold and ask how much you got it for,and where was it made ? the s-1 switch works great on jazzbasses,My P-bass sounds like a dud spud with the s-1 but the jazz cooks with gas with it,I really think its a cool option.
Good luck

I got it in a package deal with a '95-'96 American Standard P Bass - both of them unbelieveably cheap... and yeah, it's MIA, too - and the S1 switch definitely works better with Jazzes than it does with Ps... Thanks for the kind words,
