I feel like the title is pretty clear- I want to know what the part number is for these. I know they'll be different for tort and white pearl, but I sure would like to get my hands on one.

Check eBay. The colors you want plus a couple of other are available as of this writing; all made specifically for that bass.

I remember my first Fender Jazzbass(MiM) had the one piece pickgaurd that contained the lone volume knob and jack imput,All because they stopped using chrome control cavity covers,Fender was cutting corners at this time and I also recall seeing it on the American made Jazz basses to,its not so bad now but back when I had that bass getting the parts needed to make the pickgaurd more like the original 2 piece designs was next to impossible unless you fabricated them yourself, now every pickgaurd ever used is avialable in one way or the other, even if its not manufactored by Fender there is plenty of places making all the different designs not offered by that company.
