I have been searching for weights but I did not find any info for this model. I understand basses have a variable weight, but I'd like to have an approximation and not a wide range. Please, if anyone has one, just weigh it ;-))). Thanks a lot! (A Rick 4100 weighs 4.5 kg)

Around 9-10 lbs is typical for an alder Jazz bass but you can sometimes find one that's under 9 lbs. Some ash bodies are a little heavier than 10 lbs.

Thanks, Mastermold. I already weighed my new JB (model Fender Standard Jazz Bazz MN-2009) and it weighs exactly 4.5 kg ;-)))

Cool, that's about average weight. I tend to prefer light basses if I can find them because they're easier on the shoulder, but if they are too light you can have neck dive, so there is some trade off.
