My dream signature bass would be the Steve Bailey six string jazz Fender made for him. Rumor has it that they will be relaesing this monster at the end of the year. I'll just keep hoping...

Ashton "Family Man" Barrett from the Wailers definately deserves a signature model bass, he was the backbone of the wailers sound.

I would love to see a Berry Oakley artist bass. Would also have to agree on a James Jamerson and Geezer Butler.

Also, why not Rogers Waters and Bruce Babbitt signature basses. Precision basses, of course

Verdine White 67 Signature bass. White/rosewood fretboard with Pearl enlay.
Doubt if it would happen though

Right? He's not talented enuff tho, to rate a Sig bass he'd need to be at least on the level of say...Mark Hoppus.

To an extent it's about talent, a big PS is about popularity and sales (=$$$).

I totally agree with Phil Lynott, definately a relic'd version though. His mum still has all his original basses!

She'd be more than happy to lend it to the custom shop.

Also about time we had a Steve Harris model which was like his actual stage guitar!

We did, it's the one he has now, before it got painted white. The only difference was the wine colored pg instead of the smoked mirror due to symbolizing his fave football team.
