It would be cool to have Neo 12's in the Markbass Mini CMD 121P Combo, and NY 121 Cab. Even lighter. I'm not complaining, it's light as is, and sounds good.

It doesn't have Neo speakers in them?

Not that I know of. If it is they don't list it in the specs.

I suppose if you wanted to, you could swap them out for some Neo speakers. Of course, those aren't exactly cheap, are they?

I guess they aren't too cheap. Luckily I can't see putting Neo's in the Combo, or Cab. The standard speakers sound fine.

Sometimes, that can be a pain in the arse, anyway. The only reason I swapped mine out was because of the ohms issue. Although, I do admit the Celestions sound much better than whatever Carvin uses. I'd do it again with the 10"s, if I got some deal on Celestions, like I did before.

You're talkn' some really good damn speakers with the Celestions. If I did do a change out on the 12's, I like to check out prices, and availability on Jensen, and JBL's. Old habits with those 12" brands. I of course wouldn't rule out Eminence, or Celestion 12's either.

Interesting specs on the 12" Jensen's.

Yeah, coincidentally enough, the specs match up with the output of your amp. Two of them are 500 watts together.

It could be tempting, but I'm doing ok with the stock speakers. The design of the Jensen speakers sure has changed since 1969, that's for sure.

Yeah, these particular bass models are relatively new, or a few years old, from what I understand.

The Jensen Concert Vibranto 12" were gigantic next to the new breed Jensen 12's.
