They have that Subway D-800 head that looks pretty cool. It's 800 watts, 5.5 pounds, and $699. Not too shabby. I don't have the money for it, but that's not a bad price, especially for them.

I'm still using the Super Bassman head, but I'm in the process of going back to using an Ampeg SVT-212AV cab. Gotta' love those 12's.

I did post earlier--but now I have a Fender Rumble 40--so I use that--as well as the Traynor TBM10 I have

You know, somehow I had a feeling you might after you were talking about having 12" speakers. :P

The 12's are just very smooth for the sound I like. And I don't foresee Fender coming out with a Bassman 212 cab. Ampeg is the best for me to use for the 212 cab.

Yeah, the only option Fender-wise would be to pair a couple of Rumble 12"s together, or try to score an old Fender 2 x 12" cab and put modern speakers in it. Who knows if they'll come out with another one?

I like the size of the SVT-212 cab, in relation to the size of the BM115 Neo. The SVT-212AV is two inches shorter on width, at 24''s, so the SB just fits on top of the SVT. If in the future Fender ever wakes up, and gets back to one of the Bassman cab configurations that was a solid Fender Icon, to late for me. The Ampeg will be in, on or about 12/30/16.

You could always cheat and swap the Ampeg logo out for a Fender one. :P

I,........... I have some Fender Bassman logos. Ahhhhh,........... They are what they are. Looking forward to a Friday delivery on the Ampeg. Switch the Super Bassman from 8 ohms, to 4 ohms, and it's ready for the SVT-212AV.

That should be a nice combo. Do they make a 4 x 12" cab, as well?

No, I wish they did, that would be very tempting. But, one 2X12 is enough to get me into trouble with. I think 12's are amazing myself.
