Yeah, I just have so match up the dimensions with the amp and the bag.

I hung on to the Fender Rumble 800HD carry bag. It's long, and not that deep. Most of the compact heads like PF-800 Ampeg, and Markbass heads, are deeper than the Rumble 800HD is.

Yeah, I noticed the Rumble 800 head is smaller, at least from what I could tell in pics. I was looking at that head earlier today on the Fender site. They have a demo video there for it. I'm still slightly annoyed they finally put that head out just right after I got the Ampeg. :P Oh well, if it's meant to be, then it will be, I suppose.

It's longer, and thinner. Not as deep. I know what you're saying about releasing it after you just acquired the PF-800. I'm almost in a way wondering if Fender would ever turn out the 2X12 cab I've bitching about. NAHHH!!! I thought they would've done it in a Rumble Series configuration. They would've sold. I would be extremely interested in that cab. Too late now for that.

Yeah, they probably will put one out, just to annoy you, though. :P That's how they do stuff, I think.

In both yours, and my amp situations, it sure does seem that way, a lot. I still just think 12's make too much sense. They have always been a fine medium between 10's, and 15's. Especially for a player that doesn't use massive numbers of cabs. One or two 12's play well. I guess I'm glad I have the combo that puts out the 300 Watts with a single 12. Just me though.

I'm thinking this:

It seems to me that the Mini Mark will fit in the big pocket too.

It does seem like the ideal size, especially for your situation.

One size fits all. A 12.

Of course, you know you really want a couple of stacks piled to the ceiling, cranked to 10. I suppose in a perfect world, that would be a reality. :P

Yeah, and I'd be more deaf than I am now too. The mustang PJ sounds fine with a 12.

True, but it would still be fun, I think. :P

Mustangs are pretty cool, I think. I wouldn't mind at least some version of one. 8)

Since I'm staying with a shorty, I like the Mustang the best out of any of the few options I had for the funds available. For the most part, the Mustangs do have a nice Fender feel to them, if a player likes that type of feel that is. I surely can't kick about the setup I've been able to put together.
I like the Rumble 200 with the 15". When I was at the GC yesterday, I played the Mustang through one. It sounded very good. But I'm not sure I like it more than the 12". And, I couldn't swing the $500. price tag. Even with the Mb 121P Combo as a trade in for it.

The Mustangs do seem to be decent players. I wish they'd bring back the Squier version of them. They used to have those a few years back. I thought those Pawn Shop models were pretty cool, too. I never got to play on any, though. Come to think about it, I don't think I've ever had a chance to play on a Mustang Bass, that I remember. I have with that Musicmaster Bass that they had back in the 70's. They have a Squier version of that one, which is the cheapest bass they make.

I don't know, you might be better off just sticking with the Mark Bass. You got 300 watts there, instead of 140 watts, without any extension cabs, if power is an issue. I suppose if you like the 15" speaker over the 12" one, I could see why you'd like that one. I thought they discontinued those, or was that just the head?
