Are you sure that the 50th has a Nitrocellulose finish? Doing something like that on an anniversary bass would be definitely a mile-marker in the history of Fender and an oddity because most of the pics show poly finish >_<

I thought about getting one -- the CAR finish is just beautiful -- but I love my AV 62 Jazz too much! :wink:
