Hi anybody,

I´m new to this forum and I would like to aske you how I can distinguish between the american, mexican and japanese models. I planning to buy the Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass with model umber 025-7802 and as I´m a beginner I would like your help. Combined to to use with this bass I have the Fender Jazz Bassman Combo 100 in mind. Is this a good combination.

Awaiting your reply I thank you in advance.

T"cho

It says it right on the bass.....

US says "Made in USA"
Mexican says "Made in Mexico"
Japan will say either "Crafted in Japan" or "Made in Japan" depending on the year.

The Marcus Miller 4-string basses are Japanese.
