i got a fender 60th anniversary limited edition p bass and love it. wanting a new bass. already got a few but nothing comes close to my fender, so thought id go for a jazz this time but was wandering if any come in olympic white with a black scratch board other than the mark hoppus signature model. cheers!

well you could buy an olympic white one with any coloured scratch plate and then replace it with a black one.

i recomend http://www.wdmusic.com for them.

This is what I did with my charcoal frost metallic Jazz, swapped out the white pickguard for a black one, looks much better. On a Jazz Bass it's a real simple operation , too, as there are no components mounted on it. Just remove the screws, slide the PG out, replace it with the new one, and re-install the screws. Easy as pie.

Yeah i put a black one on mine, so now its a kind of gilmourish black on black thing.
