I just ordered a new Fender Jazz 75 RI from sweetwater and have questions about what the 3-bolt neck "micro-tilt adjustable" neck is for, is it for neck relief along with your truss rod or something else entirely. What are the Pros and Cons of that neck bolt style. Were there any problems with this design. Thanks for your inputs

Pros = you can adjust the "tilt' instead of shimming to get lower action.

Cons = 3 screws hold the neck on rather than 4

Hi,

My Jazz's serial number is E 32566 Made in the US
It has micro tilt with 4 screws/bolts - I love it:)
My understanding is that it was made in the eighties.

A couple of questions:
Does fender make a jazz with micro tilt with 4 screws/bolts with an ash body, maple neck with pearl blocks and binding, oly white with black pick guard in other than the Marcus Miller model?

Peace,
Kee
