Hi, I belive this is my first post here, I have an MIA Jazz in Olympic White with maple fingerboard.

My question is about the gloss finish on the fingerboard. It´s normal that the gloss to worn out on the frets but will this affect the fingerboard too?

Thanks a lot,

Welcome.

It will affect the fingerboard at a much slower rate. Frankly, I would not worry about it.

Thanks Martian, I just realised that I expressed myself badly, I wanted to say if it will affect the fingerboard gloss and at what rate.

Thank you!

You're welcome.

With the practically indestructible finishes they put on the fingerboards nowadays, I wouldn't worry about that either.
