I warped a 71 Jazz bass neck with Labella 760M Jamerson set. Mr. Jamerson warped the neck on his '62 Precision with them. So I would not say that the Jazz Bass s magically immune to string tension caused problems.

The modern USA reinforced necks are certainly stronger. But nothing is foolproof.

gauges above mediums give me the creeps... :oops:

I don't think i could stand using those.. like even mediums... i was gonna try maybe for once..
