Get a new guitarist or move to a different band. Seriously! There is no need to put up with this type of abuse to your gear.

Maybe after you land a slot with another band you can give him a little going away present. If he has a tube amp, some anchovies, shirmp or sardines judiciously and covertly placed right behind the tubes out of view will give him a lasting memory of you. You'll have to be pretty slick to get this done while he's not looking. Good luck!

Take the advice from the last two posts. Punch him in the face and then put the shrimp, sardines and other various seafood in his amp.

Just be sure to punch him hard enough that he won't see you doing it.

Zod and BrotherDave always have good advice and practical solutions, my thanks to both of you.

You can get a new guitarist, but the statistics of getting one that's any better are against you.
