Pop it. Wrap a band-aid around it. At your next gig, wrap some electrical tape around it. Cheers.

Pop it or else it will pop while playing which is much worse. Band aid it and then when you play a show wrap some tape or I use Athletic Pre-Wrap with the Athletic Tape on top, its fairly comfortable although can be bothersome if you have small fingers

I don't like popping blisters. I say take a break from playing, if you can and let the finger heal with the blister intact for as long as possible. It is going to hurt anyway if you play on it but the blister is the best natural bandage that you can get.

If you have to play on it- try using other fingers on the fretting or plucking hand until the blistered finger can recover.

You should end up with a nice callous if you take your time and let it heal.

+1 popping it may just lead to more problems
