I just wanted to tell everyone about the new TC Electronics rebel head 450.
everyone this amp is pretty amazing I think if you haven't heard about or how it sounds check it out on their site. i think that the tube emulator is pretty cool and the spectra compression but thats just me.
If you haven't heard it yet check it out and tell me what you think!!!!
Man this amp lights up like freaking las vegas too lol :D :D

Can't say whether or not I like it until I try it and see how the reliability factor shakes out.

Cant' find anyone with one around here to try yet.

List is $1395 and street price is $999. That isn't out of line for a professional caliber high reliability lightweight head. Lots of features like compression, presets, built in tuner, multiple ins and outs. However only one speaker out and 4 Ohm speaker limit.

I really like the idea of a 9 pound 450 watt head with a built in tuner. That would shrink my rack weight by about 25 pounds at least. I would also have a rack spot open where the tuner was for processing or whatever. A lot of things look good on paper but in reality disappoint. Will have to see about this one. I was skeptical about Markbass at first too.
