ok, so as I've been moving more and more towards not playing a 5 at all and sticking to either 6 or 4 depending on the gig, all I've gotta say is that when I saw the SB 6 unveiled and read the specs on the neck.... :shock: wow. Finally I might have a 6 that I can take to the 'wedding band' gig and not get razzed from the rest of the band and hear 'this isn't a Jazz gig!!' :lol:

at first glance it's got the J look to it AND has Fender on the headstock so that should take care of any griping 8)

the bass seriously looks great, can not wait to get a chance to play one.
