My name is Miko..I live in SC. I have been in love with the bass all my life, but decided to start learning how to play a year ago. I am self taught and already sat in with two different bands on a few songs. But I am still learning! I get a lot of advice from my boyfriend, who also plays bass (and guitar).
I own 6 basses now, and can't stop buying them! lol! I just got my first Fender Jazz last week. My main bass before that was a Squier Jazz (my other basses are Ibenezes and a Spencer P bass).
Hope to make some new friends here!

oh, btw, I am also a huge fan of the late Selena, that is why my username is SelenaBassGirl (Bass Girl being a nick name of mine)

Hi and welcome!

But do you have jazz bass U.S. or a Mexican?

Welcome. I saw your bass on the other post. It looks beautiful. I've always admired natural finishes on a jazz bass. Keep up the hard work.
