My Christmas present to myself, courtesy of ThePerfectBass.com. Here's a picture of it as seen on their website before I had them send it to me:

It's extremely light weight, the tone is perfect, it's easy to play and the fit and finish are outstanding. I'm very pleased!

All of my Jazz basses are '62 Reissues. I love them. Your bass is pretty sweet. How are you liking it?

My new bass (I don't know enough to know years and such) looks like yours, white with the same pick guard style but mine has the Baddass III bridge and a button on the first volume that switches the pick-ups from parralel to series. I think it sounds like crap with the button pushed or at least not as good as what it sounds like when you leave that button alone. Oh, my head is painted white as well, yours isn't.

Ha! Well that is a "real" picture technically speaking (although the flash on the white sort of washes it out a bit) and that is indeed my bass. But you're right, I shouldn't be so lazy and should just take my own ...

Hello,

Well you've definitely got a real keeper there my man. I own and play the same thing, American made all the way 100%. My Jazz is three tone sunburst though. Wouldn't buy it unless it met ALL of my criteria. And of course it did. Took me 6 months to track one down. Just had to make sure it had no traces of being made elsewhere. (*Cough...cough* Japan*.
 )
